We are now on a new adventure. We've gone no grains. Dr. William Davis was who convinced me although I've thought about it for ages. Bread and cookies have stopped me in the past. So... lots to learn and think about.
So far, both of us have lost about 5 pounds. Hubby's blood sugar levels are slowly going down. Some days more than others. I can't believe how much fat to eat, but truthfully, the more fat he eats, the less his blood sugar goes up.
Anyway, I guess now I will be going through these recipes and deleting the ones that don't fit into the plan. I have reservations, of course, but I feel SO much better and already clearer. So lots to learn.
